Vintage Glass Block

A solid, heavy glass block with two circular recessed wells cast directly into the surface, each ringed with concentric grooves. The glass itself has a rippled, almost molten texture — warm, amber-toned, and deeply tactile. Its original purpose is open to interpretation, which is exactly what makes it interesting. A desk object, a curiosity, a conversation.
